Coquina is committed to our call to enjoy and embody the gospel for the glory of God and the good of others, in particular this city we love and call home, St. Augustine, Florida.
Perhaps you’re new to the area and looking for a church home. Maybe you’re a student at Flagler, University of St. Augustine, or St. Johns River Community College, and you need somewhere to call home for the next few years. Maybe you’re not resident, or even “local,” but still find yourself passing through as one of the millions of visitors who come through St. Augustine each year. Feel free to contact us, and by all means join with us. Whether you’re here for the long haul or only one week-end, we’d love to meet you and labor along side of you for the gospel. That is what we have been called to do. |

We hope to point to a greater, stronger, more precious foundation stone, that of Jesus Christ (Ephesians 2:20).
What’s more, coquina is formed of small shells |

We are, quite simply, Christians who love this city and are called to serve her through the local church. We want to be, and come alongside others in becoming, followers of Jesus Christ, in the all sufficient grace of God through the local church, to the all supreme glory of God in all cultures, in St Augustine and wherever we find ourselves.
The people of God are to be a blessing wherever they are found |
