#1: pucker up. #2: kiss summer good-bye! We're coming off our "summer slow-down," though it hasn't been that slow. But here are some things going on this week-end and the coming week.

Thursday 28th - Saturday 30th ...

• Get downtown and celebrate St. Augustine's 443rd Birthday. Enjoy and celebrate this city that God has blessed us to live in!
• remember to register for the Peacemaker Conference which will be in Orlando, Sept 25th - 27th. See the link on our website or go to www.hispeace.org to register. Also, to receive the Florida Resident Discount, enter "2008FL" under promotional/discount code on the registration. Speak with Gardner for info about the conference or if assistance with conference fees is needed.

Saturday 30th ... Uptown Saturday Night! This is the monthly artwalk in the UpTown area, San Marco Avenue north of Ripley's near Rohde. There's a special showing this week at the Tatter Studio on San Marco: Michelle Pent's artwork will be displayed, so get out and check out Michelle's beautiful work.

Sunday 31st ...

• Morning Worship: we'll take our monthly "Giving in Grace" collection for those in our body and community who may need immediate physical assistance.

Wednesday 3rd ... Prayer for Area College Students and Campuses.  We'll be meeting at the fountain at Lightner Museum (City Hall), across from Flagler College, from 7:00 - 7:30 to pray for area college students, faculty and staff.   

Tuesday 2nd - Sunday 7th ... Community Groups begin forming and meeting. Check the site for details about groups as they become available. Announcements will be made on Sunday.
