Another area we feel God leading us is in the improvement of West Augustine, an area generally defined as west of US-1 between SR-16 and SR-207, with the main road being West King Street. Through the Baughers, Nails, and Sivyers, who live in West Augustine, we hope to assist organizations such as the West Augustine Improvement Association as well as effect our own projects.

 

With the new community center slated to open in the neighborhood in Fall 2008, we hope to aid in the cleaning and improving of the area in anticipation of new community traffic to the area. We hope to focus on the outlying Calvin Peete Park, which is a popular hangout for local kids and community activities.
