Garage Sale to benefit the St. Augustine Christian Service Center, 50 S. Dixie Hwy.  The CSC offers prayer, food, and practical life skills to our neighbors in need.  Help is need to transport the garage sale items from a nearby storage site to the sale location at 7:00 AM the morning of the event.  Please call Sharon Dixon to offer items for donation or to offer help. This is a one-a-year event, when 30+ Christian churches come together in unity to share the gospel and lend a helping hand to the poor and needy in St. Augustine.  We will work together to hang new doors, put in a ceiling fan, paint, hammer….and put smiles on faces!  Great way to bond with the brethren.  We will have information at church on Sunday, and a sign-up sheet, and T-shirt sign-ups…email Doug Watson at douglasw44@gmail.com, or Peggy Ward at pegsrugs@yahoo.com for more information.

We as Coquina are a people of prayer, and as we approach the fall season, we want to be very intentional by gathering wherever we are to pray-on-mission.  To join others in prayer, you can begin by clicking here to find your “Neighborhood Group” on the city (where you live or are moving to soon), replying to the “Prayer-On-Mission!” topic, and working out with those in your neighborhood when and where you’ll gather some time between now and Labor Day, Monday, September 6th.

As you know we have our family gatherings at a middle school… No,,, those posters about drinking enough milk and eating enough nutrients are not part of the Coquina’s decorating ideas..

Anyways, we could really use some help with setting up and tearing down on Sundays. Here what you can expect… One Sunday a month, 2 hours before worship, and 1 1/2 after worship…. Oh ya, lots of money too.. Yes, we will pay you in large sums of monopoly money.. 

We were in a very big need of more helpers at the end of the school year so please consider helping...

Ramadan, a month of observance, prayer and fasting for Muslims begins Aug 11th. We will be praying for Muslims worldwide during this time, that they would come to know Jesus. Please pick up a prayer guide on Sunday for your family and one for your children.
